A Message From Our President, Holly Buck

Unleash Your Joy! This unwritten mantra is echoed often throughout FHU’s offices. It may be a bit unexpected for an engineering firm, but it’s our internal reminder to be intentional about bringing joy to our work, our clients, and the people who use our transportation systems. 

As FHU’s President, one of the joys of my job is celebrating the achievements of our incredibly talented engineers, scientists, planners, and professionals.  

Today, I am very happy to announce that Kyle Anderson is FHU’s new Chairman of the Board. Kyle also serves as Executive Vice President and has played a key role in growing our Great Plains Region. This changing of the guard signals the official retirement of my long-time mentor and FHU’s past President Dean Bradley, who stepped down from the Board in December of last year. We are beyond grateful for Dean’s leadership and his 28 years of service at FHU.  

I also have the great joy and honor of introducing FHU’s newest leadership team members. Congratulations to Cady Dawson, Katharine Duitsman, and Gaurav Vasisht on their promotion to Principal. These three are known for delivering transportation excellence, fostering lasting community partnerships, and providing sought after industry expertise. FHU’s principal team is strengthened with their fresh perspectives on safe and resilient multimodal design, innovation and technology, and improved, equitable mobility for all.
