Windsor Quiet Zone

FHU was contracted by the Town of Windsor to review 13 at-grade public railroad crossings of the Great Western Railway within the Town. FHU began crossing improvement design and grant administration for the Town following environmental clearance of the project. Final design of improvements at 13 crossings was completed along with construction of the crossing improvements and the establishment of the Quiet Zone.
