Kevin Maddoux is a senior environmental scientist with 28 years of experience in environmental and transportation planning. Kevin thoroughly understands the unique environmental context of transportation projects and has expertly guided public sector clients through the intricacies of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process, obtaining environmental permits, implementing environmental mitigation, and conducting environmental monitoring. Kevin has been involved in the development of Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, and Programmatic and Non-Programmatic Categorical Exclusions. He is a leading practitioner of NEPA and Planning and Environmental Linkage (PEL) studies following the introduction of this form of environmental evaluation. He is currently the environmental program manager for Colorado.
