Alex Pulley, CE | Principal

Alex Pulley is an environmental scientist and Senior Certified Ecologist. Alex utilizes his broad background to assist clients with effective and efficient infrastructure projects. He works closely with planners and engineers to develop projects that fit within the context of a project’s area. Alex has guided the development of FHU’s environmental services practice, focusing on biological resources, environmental design, and environmental permitting. He is a trusted leader in Planning and Environmental Linkage (PEL) Studies, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), 1601 Interchange Studies, and mitigation design. His 27 years of experience also includes creative and effective approaches to compliance with the Endangered Species Act and Clean Water Act Section 404 Permitting. His work with wetland delineations and permitting, threatened and endangered species surveys, mitigation design and landscape assessments has supported successful transportation projects across the Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions.
