Amy Zlotsky

Amy Zlotsky has spent the past 30 years helping communities and businesses maintain environmental compliance for transportation, water resources, utility, and development projects. Her areas of expertise include the National Environmental Policy Act, wetlands, terrestrial habitat evaluation, and endangered species, as well as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 404 permit program. Over the years, Amy has been involved in development of wetland mitigation and restoration plans for the City of Lincoln, BNSF Railway, Nebraska Public Power District, Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District, Central Platte Natural Resources District, and many other Midwestern clients. Since joining the firm in 2009, she has played a leading role in establishing FHU’s environmental practice in Nebraska and oversees a growing staff of environmental scientists in Lincoln and Omaha.
