- As subconsultant team member, FHU studied the need and feasibility of an outer beltway to serve the Omaha - Council Bluffs metropolitan area through the year 2035
- The team assessed traffic service, economic and socio-economic impacts, as well as environmental and engineering factors for 80+ miles of roadway
- FHU’s work included best practices research, corridor identification and evaluation, GIS data collection and analyses, funding options, and public involvement
