- Developed and evaluated alternative design concepts to improve operation and safety at the existing I-680/ Fort Street and I-680/Blair High Road interchanges in Omaha
- Operational analysis of the alternative interchange concepts was conducted, along with the adjacent interchanges and all signalized intersections within ½ mile of the interstate ramps
- The Interchange Justification Report followed the specific criteria outlined
by the Federal Highway Administration
for modifications to access on an interstate facility
