Robert W. Felsburg, PE
Bob Felsburg founded FHU with Steve Holt in 1984. He has over 30 years of experience in the management and conduct of major multi-modal transportation studies, plans, research efforts and engineering projects throughout the United States, particularly in Colorado, South Dakota, and Nebraska. Bob has guided transportation planning efforts ranging from statewide efforts to planning regions to small rural communities—assisting every client to prioritize and plan for the transportation infrastructure improvements to best serve constituents. He has assisted CDOT's Division of Transportation Development conduct several innovative and forward-looking studies to improve Colorado's multi-modal infrastructure. Bob served as Past President of the American Council of Engineering Companies-Colorado as well as a National Director–American Council of Engineering Companies.
