In 1984 Bob Felsburg, Steve Holt, and Arnie Ullevig formed Felsburg Holt & Ullevig to provide transportation planning and engineering services to a broad range of clients. Since the beginning, the philosophy of the Owners has been "to actively participate in our profession, while establishing a lasting practice." We, first and foremost, enjoy helping our clients.

This philosophy has worked well for us. Since Felsburg Holt & Ullevig's founding we have completed over 4,000 assignments for nearly 1,000 clients. While our practice is focused on Colorado and the Midwest, we have conducted projects in Wyoming, South Dakota, Montana, Utah, New Mexico, and also internationally. We remain, however, focused on transportation services.

With our approach to providing professional services, the key to success has been, and always will be, the people within our organization. The nurturing of our personnel to perpetuate the culture and the philosophy of the firm is critical to continuing to effectively serve our valued clients.
