THOMAS W. ANZIA, PE
Tom Anzia has more than 35 years of civil engineering experience in the western United States with an emphasis on transportation design and planning projects in Colorado. Tom has led many of the firm’s road and highway planning and design projects, including the North Interstate 25 Environmental Impact Statement, completed in 2011. He is currently the design services program manager for the Centennial office.
Tom also started FHU’s rail services in 1998. His team pioneered the introduction of railroad Quiet Zones in Colorado, achieving the first three Quiet Zones approved in the state. They also provided freight rail design and construction services, having completed projects for Class 1 railroads in six states.
