Alex Pulley is a senior environmental scientist and certified ecologist. Alex has guided the development of FHU’s environmental services practice, focusing on biological resources, environmental design, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). He is a trusted leader on Planning and Environmental Linkage (PEL) Studies, Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Environmental Assessments (EA), and mitigation design. His 20 years of experience also includes creative and effective approaches to compliance with the Endangered Species Act and Clean Water Act Section 404 Permitting. His work with wetland delineations and permitting, threatened and endangered species surveys, mitigation design and landscape assessments has supported successful transportation projects across the Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions.
