Evaluated a wide range of transit and highway alternatives to determine their ability to meet the future travel needs of northern Colorado and their potential to impact environmental resources
Coordination with local, state and federal agencies, 38 cities, 6 counties, 2 MPOs, 2 railroads and the public
Completed concept level plans for improvements including 18 interchanges, and prepared the Draft EIS
