Town of Estes Park (FHU subconsultant to Stamey & Associates)
- Produced a residential build-out analysis utilizing ArcGIS 9.2 Model Builder software to produce a build-out model
- GIS modeling approach provided benefits of easily reproducible results and the ability to recompute results based upon different zoning scenarios
- Model allowed Estes Park planning staff to make zoning or constraint modifications in the future
