  • Project required efforts in several disciplines, including environmental studies and mitigation, bridge hydraulics, utility coordination and design, bike trail design, roadway design, and a significant architectural coordination effort
  • Public involvement effort included public art program with local schools, student mosaic designs incorporated into structure
  • All design work and permits were completed within 8 months to meet the construction schedule
