Widening of a principal arterial in a dense retail area adjacent to the Park Meadows Mall:
- Widened existing four-lane arterial to six lanes with turning lanes
- Upgraded the storm sewer system
- Enhanced pedestrian facilities to achieve ADA compliance
- Implemented retaining walls and dense landscaping, median islands, lighting and urban amenities
- Intersections upgraded with new traffic signalization, pedestrian crossings, and integration of the new truncated dome technology for the sight impaired
