- Multi-access interchange at I-25 and Nevada Avenue/Tejon Street: roadway, structure, hydraulic, and traffic signal design; utility relocation; construction phasing and traffic control; signing and striping
- Structures included a multi-span, 1,000-foot-long bridge for I-25 over the Nevada/Tejon arterials, three single span bridges over Cheyenne Creek, and extensive retaining walls
- Three bridges over Cheyenne Creek used precast abutment sections to limit the construction time in the creek
